Hersey Play is provided by Hersey and includes the games Sudo Block, Wood Block, Sudoku, and Mine Sweeper. This single policy covers all of them and explains what information the app uses and how you can contact us about privacy questions.
Information We Collect
The app may process the following information:
- Gameplay progress, scores, leaderboard entries, and settings, for each game.
- Account information you choose to provide for sync, such as display name, email sign-in state, and optional profile photo.
- Purchase status for optional in-app purchases such as removing ads.
- Device, diagnostics, crash, performance, and usage data used to keep the app reliable and improve gameplay.
- Advertising identifiers and related ad interaction data when ads are shown, subject to your device settings and consent choices.
- Messages you send to us for support.
How We Use Information
We use information to run the app, sync progress across devices, show leaderboards, restore purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, improve performance, and show or measure ads where applicable.
Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play services, Apple services, and app store purchase systems. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Ads And Purchases
Hersey Play may show ads. You can limit ad personalization using your device privacy settings. If you buy Remove Ads, purchase validation data is used to unlock and restore that entitlement across the games in the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, comply with law, protect users, or complete actions you request.
Data Retention And Deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. You can delete your account and synced data from the app's settings, or request deletion at hersey.social/play/account-deletion.html.
Children
The app is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by law.
Your Choices
You can manage device permissions, advertising preferences, and sign-in choices in your device or app settings. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help.
